It is possible to buy wholesale as well as retail.

•           What types of packing do you use?

We usually use pallets for packing the wheels with carton inserted between them, all wrapped with stretch-film.

•           What delivery terms do you use?

CHKPZ works in accordance with customer requirements. We can deliver goods on Ex Works and DDU delivery terms, by rail-way transport or trucks.

•           Are CHKPZ products certified by “Russian Railways”?

Goods manufactured by CHKPZ don’t required mandatory certification.

          What kind of additional equipment can de installed on CHKPZ semi-trailers?

It depends on semi-trailer model. Such accessories as bolsters, sliding frame extenders, electric hoist, hydraulic and aluminum ramps, sides on gooseneck, hoister for lifting spare wheel, hydraulic connections protected from temperature fall may be installed.

          What are the terms of wheels single batch manufacturing?

Up to 1.5 months starting from prepayment receipt.

•           What is the minimum order quantity for forgings?

In case of open-die forgings you can order 1 piece in condition of tooling manufacturing, which may cost not less than 500 thousand rubles a month for one part number without VAT.

•           Can I order semi-trailer which is not included in catalogue?

We can manufacture semi-trailers in accordance with customer technical specifications; manufacturing time will increase up to 30 working days.

•           Can I by spare parts to semi-trailers myself?

Yes, you can, CHKPZ uses spare parts manufactured by leading world companies such as BPW, Vignal, Suer, Wabco etc. which can be bought in different shops.
