Production area - 20 914 m2. Number of employees – 30 people
CHKPZ machining shop has already taken into production around 250 part numbers weight up to 80 kg. The product range is increasing every year.
The scope of production includes parts for railway industry, automotive parts, wide range of flanges and valves for oil and gas industry.

The shop has modern area for packing and еequipment preservation.
All production processes on the plant are organized in accordance with TS 16949 requirements which ensure 100% traceability and quality control on all stages of production.
The company is bringing into effect wide-scale complex modernization of production which includes the main equipment as well as auxiliary equipment. CHKPZ is implementing such processes as SMED, lean manufacturing and Kaizen.
