February 2011 – CHKPZ has passed certification audit for conformity to ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system requirements.
May 2009 - CHKPZ forge production obtained ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate “Quality management systems—Particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2008 for automotive production and relevant service part organizations”
The certificate was sent from Houston, and field audit was conducted by DNV “Det Norske veritas” auditors. Since then CHKPZ passes witness audits twice a year due to insistent request of management. This is two times more frequent than it is determined by standard.
High quality of products proven by international certificates allows CHKPZ to cooperate with such prominent companies as ZF Friedrichshafen AG, FLSmidth KOCH, PBV.
February 2008 – JSC “CHKPZ” was awarded annual Chelyabinsk region Governor prize for “High quality of products and services, safety assurance and implementation of efficient quality management methods”.
March 2007 – CHKPZ obtains ISO 9001:2000 certificate. This certificate proves conformity of quality management system to ISO 9001 international requirements in the field of wheels production, manufacturing of forgings out of structural, carbon and alloy steels, cold sheet-metal stampings for automotive industry, dies and tooling and special purpose machinery.
Implementation of ISO 9001 supports high level of competitiveness, contributes to sales markets development and company status. ISO 9001 certificate is a mandatory requirement for the companies operating in the international market.
December 2006 – based on the results of complex financial analysis conducted by experts of ZAO “International center of investment consulting” (Moscow) within the framework of candidates selection for international award “MBA Cup” for 2006 JSC “CHKPZ” was awarded high (second) group of investment potential.
CHKPZ was declared the company with one of the highest financial and production indicators among other comparable companies. The competition proved that the plant has high quality of financial and production management, good possibilities for further development and that the head of the company is a high-skilled top manager.
