Forging process engineering

Design-and-Development department of forge-and-press production at ОАО «ЧКПЗ» is one of the full-strength engineering centers in CIS. More than 20 high-qualified specialists, including those invited from world-leading forging companies, provide for quick development of new products.

Average time for development: up to 65 days from the moment of receipt of agreed drawing up to the pilot batch shipment.

Programs in use: SuperForge, QForm, ProE Creo, Compass.

Development on the first try for the year 2013: on the average 83%.
