Summer modernization at Chelyabinsk Forge-and-Press Plant

     Among last acquisitions is a robotic line for machining of wheel disks, several up-to-date universal machining centers, shot blasting machines, band saws, and a machine for washing dies with dry ice.      Conventional thread-turning machines and horizontal milling machines were overhauled and equipped with new CNC units.      The plant is also implementing new environmental safe technologies. There was started up a machine for clearing waste waters of solids, which will allow to clear water right on site. The start-up of the machine for clearing of compressed air is planned in the short run.
