Two CHKPZ shops have passed preliminary audit for compliance with ISO/TS 16949:2002 requirements

     The leading auditor of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) had recently visited CHKPZ. The purpose of his visit was to check the level of readiness of the plant to certification audit for compliance with ISO/TS 16949:2002 requirements in the wheel and machining shops.
     Having seen production areas and departments, reviewed documentation and talked to experts, DNV representative concluded that the pant was ready for the final audit.
     The approximate date of the audit is set for January, 2010.  Beforehand CHKPZ will have to realize corrective actions in accordance with the auditor’s recommendations.
     TS 16949 certificate for CHKPZ is one of the most important conditions for entering international market and getting new orders.
     At the beginning of this year TS 16949 certificate got CHKPZ forge production. At the same time the plant started preparation for certification of its other shops - wheel and machining shop.
